In the heart of a desperate daughter’s determination lies the origin of Noble Body Balm.

Like many great innovations, the birth of Noble Body Care’s signature product wasn't rooted in a market need, but in a deeply personal journey of healing and love. Watching my father grapple with the debilitating neuropathy in his hands, a cruel side effect of his cancer treatments, and seeing him overburdened with heavy narcotics that clouded his mind and spirit, I was heartbroken. But more than that, I was resolute. The thought of my father, the anchor of our family, considering ending his pain permanently, thrust me into action.

With the weight of desperation and unwavering love on my side, I spent weeks delving into research, striving to create not just another ordinary balm but something transformative. While many balms on the market resort to basic, minimalistic formulations, I was set on crafting something truly exceptional. This wasn’t just a simple mix of essential oils; our balm stands apart with its intricate blend of highly anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich ingredients. It marries the warming penetration that reaches deep-seated aches with the immediate cooling relief that soothes the surface. 

But the true magic lies in its special combination, a meticulously researched blend that does wonders for pain and, serendipitously, has calming and relaxing properties too. Even beyond its medicinal virtues, the base of our formula is nothing short of intricate. Designed with skin in mind, it boasts profound skin repair properties, rejuvenating and nourishing every cell it touches. This was no ordinary formulation; it was a symphony of nature's best, harmoniously brought together to heal, comfort, and restore.

The results? Beyond our wildest expectations. My father not only felt immediate and prolonged relief, but he also put aside his narcotics altogether. And in a serendipitous twist, my stepmother, his constant caregiver, discovered that her fibromyalgia symptoms were alleviated from just applying the balm to my father. She, too, parted ways with her pain narcotics.

This balm wasn’t meant for the masses. It was a personal concoction meant solely for my parents. But its efficacy couldn’t be contained. What started as 50 small jars, handcrafted for family Christmas gifts, quickly morphed into a deluge of re-orders and new orders. We were simply unprepared for the tidal wave of demand that crashed our way. It was a product that the community needed, even if we hadn’t initially realized it.

As COVID-19 struck, our product unexpectedly found its moment. With its potent properties for alleviating cough, cold symptoms, and stress, demand for our balm surged. With the world on pause and our other ventures in limbo due to lockdowns, Noble Body Care found its footing, becoming an official corporation, and earning Health Canada’s seal of approval.

We never set out to be an apothecary company. But seeing the relief our balm has provided, understanding its potential to reduce reliance on narcotics, and envisioning its place in professional healthcare settings, we know we’re on the right path.
